The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards have already begun, and just as usual, we bring you live updates of winners.
The 2024 Emmy Awards honors the best in American primetime television programming from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024, as chosen by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences through the 76th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards on September 7 and 8 at the Peacock Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, California..
The nominees for the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards were revealed on July 17, 2024, via a virtual broadcast from the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles, and hosted by Tony Hale, Sheryl Lee Ralph, and Television Academy chair Cris Abrego.
The big event, however, took place on Sunday, September 15th. This year’s ceremony is the second Primetime Emmy Awards to be held in 2024; the 75th ceremony was shifted from September 2023 to January 15, 2024 because of the 2023 Hollywood labor issues.
