Monegain claims to have been subsequently transported to the hospital in Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena, where she underwent treatment for what she describes as “severe and permanent injuries,” including a concussion, a forehead laceration, and pain in her left wrist.
What’s she asking for? Well, buckle up! Bryhana wants 50 Cent to pay for her lost wages and current and future medical bills, and throw in some extra cash for general damages.
TMZ got hold of some pics showing Bryhana all wrapped up like a mummy, hiding the stitches on her forehead. And to make things spicy, she filed a police report naming 50 Cent as a criminal battery suspect.
Simultaneously, the radio host took legal action, filing a police report that designated the 48-year-old “Power” actor as a criminal battery suspect.
Despite claims that Monegain was not meant to be in the restricted section, the circumstances surrounding 50 Cent’s actions remain unclear. A source close to the rapper, speaking to TMZ, suggested this, though it did not elucidate the justification for his actions.
50 Cent sued by Bryhana Monegain:
In response, 50 Cent’s attorney, Scott Leemon, asserted that the rapper did not “intentionally strike” Monegain.
Leemon, emphasizing the lack of intent, conveyed to Page Six, “Let’s be very clear, as I told LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone. Anyone saying something different doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed.”
