A 64-year-old Pittsburgh woman, Rochelle Stewart, is facing serious charges after allegedly attempting to sexually assault one of two boys she had paid to shovel snow from her driveway.
Stewart has been charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors, and making false reports to law enforcement.
The incident occurred on January 8, when police responded to a call from Stewart about a reported burglary at her home on Windgap Avenue.
However, officers found two boys with alcohol on their breath, acting confused and claiming that Stewart had made them drunk and touched them inappropriately.
According to their statements, the boys had been walking around the neighborhood asking people if they wanted help with shoveling snow.
Stewart agreed to pay them $5 for the job, but after they completed it, she invited them inside for hot chocolate.

Instead, Stewart allegedly offered them alcohol, with one boy saying she kept refilling his glass with vodka, causing him to vomit.
The situation escalated when Stewart allegedly sat next to one of the boys on the couch, put her leg over him, and touched him inappropriately.
The other boy reportedly captured the incident on video before they both fled the scene.
When questioned by police, Stewart denied the boys had ever been in her home and suggested they were pranking her. However, officers found a coat left behind by one of the boys and a half-empty bottle of vodka in the house, leading to her arrest.
Stewart was taken to Allegheny County Jail and posted $1,000 bail. She is set to appear in court on January 22.
