Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is fighting back against serious allegations, with his legal team insisting that he is the real victim in a storm of “inflammatory statements” and “outlandish conspiracy theories.”
In a recent court filing, his lawyers requested that Judge Arun Subramanian impose restrictions on potential witnesses making public comments about the case.
Diddy, who faces charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, is contending with a barrage of accusations from various sources.
His attorneys argue that these unfounded claims, which include bizarre allegations involving baby oil laced with date rape drugs, are severely undermining his right to a fair trial.
In their court letter, Diddy’s legal team stated, “Mr. Combs has been the target of an unending stream of allegations by prospective witnesses and their counsel in the press.”
They expressed concern that these public statements are damaging his reputation and could influence the jury pool.
The lawyers highlighted recent reports claiming that federal agents confiscated “1,000 bottles” of baby oil from Diddy’s properties in Miami and Los Angeles, alleging that he used these for nefarious purposes.

They pointed to an article from the Daily Beast, where an attorney for an alleged victim claimed Diddy spiked the baby oil with a date rape drug.

Ashley Parham, who is suing Diddy for alleged rape in 2018, has made some of the most shocking claims, including accusations that he orchestrated elaborate sex performances known as “Freak Offs.”
These alleged events reportedly involved extreme conditions, requiring victims to receive IV fluids afterward.
Currently, Diddy remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after two judges denied his bail request.

His legal team is pushing for the prosecution to release the names of the alleged victims, arguing that knowing who they are will help prepare a more effective defense ahead of the trial scheduled for May.
