James Van Der Beek Diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer

James Van Der Beek has been diagnosed with colorectal cancer, as confirmed by TMZ.

The 47-year-old actor, known for his role in “Dawson’s Creek,” recently shared the news with People, stating that he is currently undergoing treatment.
