Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey finds himself in another hot issue as he has been hit with another British lawsuit alleging sexual abuse.
This latest lawsuit against the actor comes less than 2 years after he was cleared of all charges in a high-profile criminal trial.
The case was filed at London’s High Court on Wednesday, according to official records, however, specific details regarding the allegations remain undisclosed. The lawsuit also includes London’s Old Vic theatre, where Spacey served as artistic director from 2003.
This is not the first time Spacey has faced legal action in Britain; he is already battling a separate civil lawsuit related to sexual abuse claims. A representative for the claimant’s law firm confirmed the latest filing, but no further information was provided.

During his previous trial, Spacey maintained his innocence, stating that some of the accusers in the criminal case had also pursued civil claims.
Speaking in a television interview last year, he expressed his stance: “I take full responsibility for my past behaviour and my actions, but I cannot and will not take responsibility or apologise to anyone who’s made up stuff about me or exaggerated stories about me,” he said.

Spacey, the two-time Academy Award winner for American Beauty and The Usual Suspects, was once among Hollywood’s most celebrated actors, but his career took a sharp decline in 2017 when multiple allegations of sexual misconduct surfaced, which led to his removal from Netflix’s hit series House of Cards and widespread industry backlash.
In 2023, he stood trial at London’s Southwark Crown Court, accused of sexually assaulting four men between 2004 and 2013. The trial ended on his 64th birthday, with Spacey being acquitted of all charges.
