King Sark, Ghanaian rap legend, Sarkodie is back again with a new collaboration titled “Major League” with Kweku Smoke.
This new rap song is about artistic independence, resilience, and personal success serving as a declaration of Sarkodie’s autonomy. As he talked a lot of his journey, and success in the music industry.
Sark talked about the hustle, and how independently he survived, becoming a big music star all alone on his own without the traditional music/record label backing him like many other artists stating, “I did it without a label. I move from riches. What do you bring to the table?”
Sarkodie who in the lyrics described his critics as “delusional” and confirms his self-belied with a strong spiritual foundation and backing claiming he “serve a bigger God” than the rest, and he never for sakes him.
Kweku Smoke’s hook on Major League by Sarkodie is just on point, a tight finishing gluing the song and making it a complete on.
This new single was produced by Hylander, and mixed/mastered by Alta Nova, officially released on Friday, July 10th, 2026, under Sarkcess Music and Eagle Plug.
Major League in recent times is the second collabo between the two stars following their 2025 hit song titled “Violence.”
