Highly-rated American rapper and record producer, Kanye West after the long wait finally releases his new studio album dubbed ‘Donda’.
The final release of this project is finally here as fans have been kept in anticipation after five weeks, and four official public listening sessions.
Donda is the tenth studio album by the American rapper and producer Kanye West born with his legal name as Kanye Omari West.
Well, this newly released album was released on Sunday, August 29, 2021, through GOOD Music, and was distributed by Def Jam Recordings.
One thing about the name of this project is that it is named after West’s late mother, Donda West (May her soul rest in peace).
The Kanye West Donda Album was officially scheduled to be released on July 24, 2020, but got delayed indefinitely, the delay kept coming as the dates keep getting postponed from July 2020, until now (August 2021).
Kanye had to set up a provisional recording studio at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, where two listening events were held. Following a third listening event at Soldier Field in Chicago on August 27.
Well, as we speak that is all in the past as the album is finally out now and made available to the online streaming and digital distributtion platforms for public consumption.
