Samuel Inkoom Joins Accra Hearts Of Oak, Signs A One-Year Deal

It is official, and a confirmed news that the Accra Hearts Of Oak football club has successfully signed Samuel Inkoom.

It would be recalled that back in March this year of 2022, Kwame Opare Addo who happens to be the Communications Director for Accra Hearts of Oak disclosed that Hearts of Oak will sign Samuel Inkoom when he impresses the technical team.

This was after the 32 year old who just returned to Ghana earlier this year as a free agent following the expiration of his contract with his club in Europe, Torpedo Kutaisi was spotted training with the Phobias (Accra Hearts Of Oak).

It is now confirmed that Samuel Inkoom has joined the reigning Ghana Premier League champions Accra Hearts of Oak team, signing a 1-year contract with the club.

The former Ghana Under 20 World Cup winner, and firmer Black Stars defender was once an Asante Kotoko defender who played for them in the 2008-2009 season, with many of the view he will be going back to play for Kotoko but that did not just play out.

Samuel Inkoom joining Hearts will be the second highly profiled player the club will be signing this season after announcing Sulley Muntari’s signing back in February this year.

As you all aware, Hearts of Oak will be hosted by their right-hand rivals, the Asante Kotoko SC of Kumasi on Sunday, April 10 2022, at the Baba Yara Sports Staduim.
