Popular Nigerian singers, Wizkid, and Tems, grabs themselves nominations in the upcoming Billboard Music Awards 2022 with their powerful song Essence Remix.
The serial Nigerian hitmaker, Wizkid born with his legal name ‘Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun’ together with his colleague, Temilade Openiyi better known as Tems after their recent Grammy awards nominations which they lost to Angelique Kidjo are back again to represent Nigerian in from of the world again with their 2022 Billboard Music Awards nominations.
The chart-topping song ‘Essence Remix” by Wizkid and Tems, featuring on it, Canadian singer and songwriter, Justin Beiber made it to the list of nominees in the Top R&B Song of the year category.
In the same categorie, Wizkid and tems will also be competing with Justin Bieber who also got a nominated for his ‘Peaches’ song, as well as the likes of Grammy award winners, Doja Cat, Silk Sonic (Bruno Mars, Anderson .Paak), he Weeknd, and GIVĒON,
