Doctor Kwaku Addai Arhin, a Ghanaian urologist at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, gives men some excellent advice regarding having sex and prostate cancer.

Speaking on the treatment of prostate cancer, Dr. Addai recently stated in an interview with Kumasi-based radio station LUV FM that it is recommended for men to have $ex three to four times a week. He provides a reason for this assertion in the lines that follow.

But first, let’s examine what prostate cancer is below before we look at his justifications for saying such.

What is Prostate Cancer?

Cancer that develops in the prostate is known as prostate cancer. The seminal fluid, which feeds and carries $perm, is produced by the prostate, a little gland in men that resembles a walnut.

One of the most prevalent forms of cancer is prostate cancer. A large number of prostate tumors are slow-growing and localized to the prostate gland, where they might not do much damage. On the other hand, aggressive forms of prostate cancer can spread swiftly, whilst slow-growing varieties may require little or no treatment at all.

Why Should Men have s3x 3 to 4 times a week?

Many people believed in the past that excessive indiscriminate sex could cause prostate cancer, but a recent study, according to Dr. Arhin, shows that having sex frequently actually helps men prevent and treat disease.

According to Dr. Arhin, men who have s3x three or four times a week are less likely to acquire prostate cancer.

Dr. Kwaku Addai Arhin goes on to suggest that the National Health Policy of Ghana include treatment for prostate cancer in order to lessen the burden on those who have the illness.

He said;

“The reason behind this sounds quite good. If you allow the toxin to stay in there, then the risk of prostate cancer is increased. In time past, the conventional knowledge was that too much indiscriminate s3x could lead to prostate cancer because you may pick up a viral infection and you become oncogenic which increases your potential of having prostate cancer. But the new concept seems to have sound reasoning. It hasn’t entered the books yet but is still in the public domain,

“Whether herbal or orthodox, there is no medicine that cures prostate cancer. It can reduce its venom. It will kill you over time“

“The cost of investigation and treatment of prostate cancer is way above the pockets of the average Ghanaian and even the affluent ones. If the government has been magnanimous to include cervical cancer in the NHIS then it should do so with prostate cancers,”
