Perpetual Star, a talented gospel artist, has released her first single, which emphasizes gratitude and thankfulness with the words “Gratitude is the inward feeling of kindness received. Thankfulness is the natural impulse to express that feeling.”
On April 16, 2023, the single was launched at the Awoshie Water Works Auditorium off the Kwashieman-Mallam Road, hosted by the Word of Testimony Church. Perpetual Star affirmed that her life is a testament to God’s goodness and grace. She said that her debut single “My Testimony” had already made an impact and will continue to do so, as she prepared herself spiritually and physically to use it to spread the message of God’s faithfulness and goodness to the world.

The event was graced by Prophet Maxwel Acheampong, the General Overseer of Word of Testimony Chapel, and other bishops and clergymen. The launch was also supported by famous gospel musicians, including Nana Yaw Asare, Akua Sika, and Clinton Brown, as well as up-and-coming gospel stars such as Agyenkwa the Great, Paul Wambantem, Adomba, Soso, Soga, Min Wonder, Voices of Testimony, Praise Choir, and Bernice Ansah, who acted as the official MC.
In an interview, Perpetual Star expressed her belief that her song is spiritually empowered by God, and that it has the potential to transform lives and bring lost souls to Christ. Her inspiration for music came from her own struggles and those of others, as well as the calming effect that good music had on her soul. She decided to sing to spread hope to the hopeless.

Perpetual Star, a promising gospel musician from Aburu Dunkwa in the Central Region of Ghana, graduated from the Institute of Advanced College Education (IACE) with a degree in journalism. She began singing in church at the age of 10 and has since become one of the key singers at Word of Testimony Church.
