Anglican Priest ‘sacked’ for kissing students at St. Monica’s College of Education

The Anglican Priest sighted in the controversial video kissing female students at the St. Monica’s College of Education has been sacked.

In our earlier post about the viral video of the Anglican Priest who was sighted forcefully kissing female students at the St. Monica’s College of Education on Mondy, there has been new developments.

Well, on Tuesday morning, a press statement was released by Executive Director to the Metropolitan Archbishop of Ghana, Dr George Dawson-Ahmoah condemning the act and also announced that investigations have begun into the incident.

“The Church is saddened by the news and wishes to state expressly that, thorough investigation has immediately been instituted into the matter and the action of the said Priest would be dealt with in accordance with the norms and values of the Anglican Communion where morality is extremely revered in the Church.

“All further clarifications on this matter should be addressed to the undersigned on 0244 351338,” some lines in the statement read.

Anglican Priest sacked: Reports reaching Townflex.com hours after the press statements have it the priest who was involved in the kissing of the female students, Rev. Father Balthazar Obeng Larbi, have been relieved of his duties (sacked).
