Apple has introduced a new function that will be included in the future iOS 15, iPad OS 15, WatchOS 8, and MacOS Monterey software upgrades to detect if users have photographs or videos of child abuse stored on their device.
This will be accomplished by transforming photos into hashes, which are unique binary bits of codes.
