Information reaching Townflex has is that American rapper, A$ap Rocky has been arrested in connection to a 2021 shooting.
The rapper who is born with his legal name as Rakim Mayers was arrested at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) while arriving on a private plane from Barbados, where he has been with her pregnant girlfriend, singer Rihanna.
He was arrested by the law enforcement personnel in connection to a shooting incident that occurred in the Hollywood area in November of 2021.
ASap was arrested on Wednesday morning, April 20th, 2022 for assault with a deadly weapon (firearm).
Well, according to some reports, singer Rihanna was with him at the airport during his arrest.

A$ap Rocky Arrested
The news of his arrest was however confirmed by the Los Angeles Police Department who took to their official and verified Twitter handle to release a press statement.
According to the press statement, rocky on November 6, 20221, at around 10:15 p.m, had an argument with two acquaintances in the area of Selma Avenue and Argyle Avenue, in the Hollywood area which later escalated and resulted in the suspect, A$ap firing a handgun at the victim.
According to the statement, Detectives are still working on the case to investigate and corroborate the reporting information which hel;ped identify the suspect involved
The case is however being presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration.
