The time has come again for Africans to be entertained again as Africa’s most famous television reality show, Big Brother Naija Season 7 has finally been launched, kicked start on Saturday, July 23, 2022.
The show was broadcasted live to fans across all Africa Magic stations on GOtv and DStv. as the second day of the launch will hold on Sunday, July 24, 2022
In this very post, Townflex will be sharing with you who the housemates for the BBNAIJA Season 7, and also giving you some tips on how to get entertained based on how to watch the show.
The much anticipated season 7 of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show according to the show host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, during the launch said this year’s show is tagged ‘Level Up’.
The first-day launch on Saturday night saw electrifying performances from Asake and Victony, who thrilled the live audience and fans.
This year’s winner will be walking home with a N100m grand prize— a cash prize of N50m and N50m worth of prizes from the sponsors. In addition, 30 fans of the show will win N1m each in the ‘Fave Lock-In’ promo exclusive to DStv and GOtv customers.
The show will retain its voting style from last year, as it (voting) will only be on the Big Brother Naija website, mobile site, and the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps for active customers.
The first set of housemates made up of Six male and six female contestants which was announced on Saturday, July 23rd includes Khalid, Ilebaye, Beauty, Cyph, Groovy, Amaka, Kess, Daniella, Saviour, Phyna, Bryan and Christy.

Cyph
Bright Erekete, also known as Cyph, is a tech bro who doesn’t believe in love at first sight.
Amaka
She calls herself Nigerian Nicki Minaj. Amaka adds that she’s perfectly single, “single to the last letter of the word”.
Kess
He’s a 28-year-old married man who said his wife approves of him having fun.
Daniella
Daniella Peters is a 22-year-old poet from Cross River State.
PharmSavi
Saviour Akpan is from Akwa Ibom State. PharmSavi said he’s super confident and a gentleman with an amazing sense of humour. He doesn’t believe in love at first. He describes himself as a pharmacist and a low-key entertainer.
Phyna
Phyna is short for Josephina. She’s from Edo State.
Christy O
Christy is from Ondo State.
Bryann
Brian, a budding music producer, is from Imo State.
Groovy
Henry Olisa, popularly known as Groovy, is from Anambra State.
Beauty
Beauty Tukura hails from Taraba State and a former Miss Nigeria.
Ilebaye
Ilebaye hails from Kogi State and has stated that fans should not expect her to be in any relationship on the show.
Khalid
Khalid Ismail is 22 years old. According to him, he’s single and not searching.
Bella
Bella Okagbue is from Anambra State. She loves to have a good time and describes herself as the life of the party.
Eloswag
Eloswag states that he embodies entertainment and is a dancer.
Doyin
Doyinsola David is from Ondo State. she says she is a mixture of Michelle Obama and Cardi B. She’s bringing disrespect to people that don’t respect themselves.
Adekunle
Adekunle promises that he’s bringing in some trouble. He describes himself as a Lagos Island boy.
Allysyn
Allysyn Audu is a model. She came to make a name for herself on the show.
Dotun
Oludotun Oloni is from Ekiti State. He promised to bring a high dose of sexiness to the house.
Chomzy
Esther Chuma, also known as Chomzy, is from Imo State.
Giddyfia
Gideon, also known as Gifdyfia, says he’s here for the game; and would ship if he finds a girl that catches his eyes!
Diana
Diana Edobor is a 23-year-old project manager from Edo State.
Hermes
He is in a polyamorous relationship with two girlfriends.
Chi Chi
