    Nigerian Musician, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, known in Showbiz as Burna Boy beats Wizkid and Diamond Platnumz to win Best International Act Award in the just ended BET Awards 2021.

    The 2021 BET Awards held yesterday, Sunday, June 27, 2021, hosted by Taraji P. Henson live from the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.

    Burna Boy beats two of his African brothers who shared the same category with him to become the winner, he competed with his own countryman, one of Nigeria’s biggest stars, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun as Wizkid, as well as Tanzanian singer and songwriter, Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, popularly known as Diamond Platnumz.

    Burna Boy Wins Best International Act BET Awards 2021: The Best International Act category was made up of 8 solid international music stars, aside from defeating the likes of Diamond Platnumz and Wizkid, The Nigerian singer also competed with the likes of Aya Nakamura, and Youssoupha both from France; Brazilian act, Emicida; British (Uk) acts; rapper Headie One and the music duo Yung T and Bugsey.

    Well, Grammy Award-winning performer has won the very category for the third time in a role, consecutively without any interruptions, he won the same category in 2019, 2020, and now winning again in 2021.
