Popular Nigerian singer, and songwriter, Burna Boy wins Best International Act at the just ended BET Awards 2021.
The Grammy Award-winner who is born with his legal name as Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu was crowned as the winner of the Best International Act at the 2021 BET Awards ceremony which held and aired live on Sunday, June 27 on BET.
The successful and well-established musician, Burna emerging as the winner in the category in this year’s edition proves how hard the Nigerian singer has been working on putting Africa on the map. Should I tell you why? I will tell you why in the next paragraph.
Well, Grammy Award-winning performer has won the very category for the third time in a role, consecutively without any interruptions, he won the same category in 2019, 2020, and now winning again in 2021.

Burna Boy Wins Best International Act BET Awards 2021: The Nigerian singer was in a very tight spot, but managed to be crowned the winner after beating the likes of Wizkid (his fellow Nigerian act), Tanzanian superstar, Diamond Platnumz; Aya Nakamura, and Youssoupha both from France; Brazilian act, Emicida; British (Uk) acts, the rapper Headie One and the duo Yung T and Bugsey.
