Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, a divisive Member of Parliament, has made some previously unknown revelations regarding Bishop Charles Agyin-Asare. Bishop Agyin-Asare is the founder and leader of Perez Chapel International.
Bishop Agyin-Asare and Hon. Kennedy Agyapong were reportedly in the same class when they were in elementary and secondary school.
And funny enough, the popular preacher was one of the bad guys in the class at the time.
Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, speaking as a special guest at a recent church fundraiser, revealed that when they were younger, the man of God was a notorious cannabis smoker before devoting his life to Christ.
He said, “Most of the time, Bishop would raise a disturbance in class, and being a small young man at the time, whenever people tried to beat him, he would hide his face from the approaching onslaught.”
The church members, as well as Bishop Agyin-Asare, were giggling hysterically at Hon. Kennedy’s revelations.
Bishop Agyin-Asare’s turnaround indicates that a lot can change, according to the Assin Central MP, who added that he is now one of the best men of God in the world.
