When asked how he feels all of a sudden as fans have started comparing him to other big stars, he said we will never support that, but music fans will always be music fans and try to do what makes them feel better but he will never try to downplay someone’s work because he respects lot f respect for the game.

He again added that there is no way he will ever be comparing himself to big acts because it is not healthy for the game.

“I don’t support that. Music fans will always be music fans, and so it is left to us [to do better]. There is no way I would downplay someone’s work or something. I respect the game, and I won’t compare myself to bigger names because that is the game, you don’t do that,” he told Andy Dosty,

This comes after Ghanaian dancehall recording artiste, Shatta Wale came out with a video of him shutting down critics who are comparing Black Sherif to him and other big acts that he is far better than them.

Wale in his video asked fans to put a stop to such acts as it will bring problems and separations between artistes which is unwise and not good for the health of the Music industry, he also went on to urge Black Sherif not to listen to or be happy when fans try comparing him to others because it might get to his head and he might lose focus.

According to Wale, Black Sherif should rather be focused more on enjoying his moment and also working harder to reach more and higher heights.
