The new case involves an alleged incident where he took a woman’s cell phone at the Palms casino. The specific details of the robbery charge have not been disclosed by the authorities.
The case was filed on Wednesday, and Blueface was scheduled to appear in court on Thursday morning regarding the robbery charge. He is currently being held in the Clark County Detention Center until his hearing.

The initial attempted murder charge stemmed from an incident outside a gentlemen’s club near the Las Vegas Strip in October 2022.
According to investigative records, the victim claimed that Blueface shot him after they had interacted earlier that night at the Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club on Windy Road.
In addition to the criminal proceedings, Blueface is facing at least two civil lawsuits related to the alleged shooting incident. His legal team has requested a pause in the civil cases while the criminal case unfolds.
