Award-winning South African rapper Blxckie has begun a new chapter in his life by welcoming his first kid with his longtime partner, YouTube video maker Hermosa.
The couple, who have been dating for around five years, has kept their relationship private but not concealed from the public view.
Hermosa made the announcement on Instagram, sharing a beautiful video. The post included pink baby clothes and a touching photo of the couple cradling their newborn. She captioned the video, “A new chapter begins,” and her admirers were overjoyed. Hermosa’s social media accounts had been noticeably silent for months, and fans now know why.
The good news comes after Blxckie, whose goes by her legal name Sihle Sithole, completed a successful tour of the United States in July. Shortly after returning to South Africa, he released his new EP, See You Soon, through Def Jam Recordings, adding to his already excellent music career.
Blxckie released the Kwasomnayama app in June, an exclusive platform that provides followers with an inside glimpse at his personal and professional lives.
The couple’s latest episode on the app includes intimate information about the arrival of their bundle of joy and their experience introducing their relatives to the new addition.
