In a shocking turn of events, Brazilian YouTube star Carlos Medeiros, aged 26, has been found dead in a shallow grave on New Year’s Eve.
The popular influencer went missing after a late holiday dinner at a friend’s house in Itapecerica da Serra, São Paulo.
The owners of the property, a 28-year-old man and his 24-year-old wife, confessed to burying Medeiros, claiming he had a heart attack after consuming cocaine.

The couple initially misled authorities and the public, alleging Medeiros left their home after dinner.
However, they later admitted to the crime, stating fear as their motive for not seeking medical assistance.
The influencer’s family and local residents tirelessly searched for him throughout the week, only to discover his lifeless body in a makeshift grave on the property.

While investigators found no signs of violence on Medeiros’ body, the house was set ablaze by outraged neighbors.
The Civil Police chief, Luis Faria, declared the incident a homicide, emphasizing the need to determine if the death resulted from foul play or a drug overdose.
Police are also looking into allegations that Medeiros had a sexual encounter with his friend’s teenage sister, prompting her father to visit the house.
Autopsy results are pending, with Faria highlighting potential charges based on the findings. If accidental, the couple faces charges of concealing a corpse; if deemed a murder, they will be charged with homicide.
