The former couple, who reportedly parted ways in 2018 after a decade-long relationship, is back in the spotlight.
In a recent lawsuit filed on Thursday, November 16, 2023, Cassie, the ‘Me & U’ singer, has leveled serious allegations against Diddy, the founder of Bad Boy Records, accusing him of both physical and $exual abuse spanning over more than a decade.

The 35-page complaint, filed in New York, delves into various incidents during and after their relationship, which began when Cassie was 19 and Diddy was 37.
Among the distressing claims, Cassie asserts that Diddy compelled her to engage in $exual acts with male sex workers while he observed and recorded the acts.
Additionally, she alleges that Diddy rap-ed her after unlawfully entering her home following their post-breakup and even orchestrated the destruction of rapper-producer Kid Cudi’s car, who had expressed rom-antic interest in her.
Cassie paints a picture of a tumultuous relationship, asserting that Diddy drew her into a lavish, fast-paced, and drug-fueled lifestyle, initiating a romantic involvement within two years of their meeting in 2005 or 2006 when Combs signed her to his record label, Bad Boy Records.
In her legal filing, Cassie contends that Combs consistently wielded his power and influence over her, not only in their personal relationship but also in their professional interactions. She further claims that Combs exhibited physical viol-ence towards her and maintained control over every aspect of her personal life.”

Diddy Denies Allegations Against Him
The rapper who goes by his legal name Sean Love Combs sees the claims against him as not true as his, and this was made known to the public via a statement by his attorney.
“For the past 6 months, Mr. Combs, has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail.
“Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs’ reputation and seeking a pay day.” According to Ben Brafman, attorney for Combs.
