South African rapper, songwriter, entrepreneur, and record producer Cassper Nyovest has taken to social media once again to share with his fans his weight loss journey.
The rapper who is born with his legal name as ‘Refiloe Maele Phoolo’ is currently proud of his weight loss transformation as he prepares for his boxing match between himself and colleague musician and actor Naakmusiq which is fast approaching.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, March 15th, 2022, Cassper shared his before and after photos showing huge and massive weight loss transformation.

According to the multiple award-winning rapper, he is very proud of himself, adding that he has been on it for the third time now and is hopeful of getting back in shape.

In Cassper’s Instagram post confirming his intense weight loss journey and the amazing results which he feels okay for shared before and after photo, in one of the photos, he was spotted sitting on a bed without a shirt and he could be seen with a fat belly whiles he was seen in the other photo looking well in shape.
He went on to shower loads of thanksgiving to his team for supporting him throughout the journey.
The rapper wrote
“I can’t explain how proud I am of myself. This was by far the hardest weight loss journey for me cause i have done this 3 times now and I now knew exactly what it would take for me to get back in shape.
“To be honest, mentally I didn’t feel like I was as strong as I once was and I was demoralized. It’s supposed to get easier by the day but it got harder and harder. I just kept waking up and going.
“Lost touch with a lot of relationships and people cause i just zoned into this goal i have and i had no time for anyone but myself. Looking at these pictures now I’m in awe of myself. I owe it to myself never to let myself go like that again.
“Big big shout out to my training and nutrition team. @athidumezweni @nqothole_sequence_sikho @sibusisokotelo @de_sybo @tumiseeco , shout out to @fightclubsa for always having their doors open for me at anytime i wanted to train.
“We 4 weeks out Boyz!!!! Let’s Put on a show!!! IM BACK!!! #April9th #NaakHimOut”.
