Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, the daughter of comedian Rosie O’Donnell, is facing serious legal issues following two arrests in Wisconsin over the past month.
The 27-year-old mother of four was taken into custody for drug offenses and child neglect, raising concerns about her wellbeing and the safety of her children.
Chelsea’s first arrest occurred in September in Marinette County, where she was charged with felony counts including child neglect, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and possession of methamphetamine.
Additionally, she faced misdemeanor charges for possessing THC, illegally obtained prescriptions, and drug paraphernalia.
The situation escalated with her second arrest on October 14 in nearby Oconto County, where prosecutors charged her with felony possession of narcotic drugs and bail jumping, among other offenses.

As news of her troubles broke, Rosie O’Donnell shared a nostalgic photo of Chelsea as a newborn with one of her children, writing on Instagram, “This is a photo from a better time.”
Chelsea, who has three daughters—Skylar, 5, Riley, 3, and Avery, 2—and an 11-month-old son, Atlas, has not publicly commented on her arrests and is scheduled to return to court in November.
The relationship between Rosie and Chelsea has been tumultuous over the years. After a period of estrangement, they reconciled in 2016.

However, Chelsea has made allegations about her upbringing, leading to public disputes about their past. Rosie has described Chelsea as “mentally ill,” defending herself against the claims made by her daughter.
Rosie, who has often expressed pride in her grandchildren, last spoke about their relationship in 2018, indicating a hopeful path forward.
