Chelsea winger, Callum Hudson-Odoi has been honored by the official Chelsea Supporters Club of Ghana.
The ceremony was held over the weekend in Accra-Ghana MC’ed by Joyfm’s very own presenter “Lexis Bill” who also happens to be an ardent Chelsea Supporter.
The 20-year-old football star after helping Chelsea Football Club win the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League decided to come back home to his country Ghana for holidays to spend some quality time with his family and friends down here.
President of the Chelsea Supporters Club of Ghana, David Akwasi Amofah presented Callum Hudson-Odoi with the award with supports from Executive Members including the likes of; Sigisimond Sarpong, Ghanaian gospel singers ‘Tagoe Sisters’, the firelady herself ‘Mavis Amanor’, Albert Akoto, as well as Francis Aryetey.

Hudson-Odoi was presented with a traditional Ghanaian stool having an Adinkra symbol design on it, to thank him for making Ghanaians proud in his role played in the Chelsea Football Clud and for being an outstanding player for the club.
The citation on the stool read, ‘From the Chelsea Supporters Club of Ghana to Callum Hudson-Odoi, for being an outstanding player for Chelsea Football Club”.
Aside Odoi, the likes of Tagoe Sisters, were also awarded for their support to Chelseafc over the years and the Founder and owner of Alisa Hotels Mr Bamfo (Sikkens) for his outstanding support to the Chelsea Supporters Club of Ghana over the years.
Odoi who is currently enjoying his stay/holiday in Ghana was spotted some days back with Ghanaian celebrities including popular Ghanaian musician King Promise chilling as photos/videos flooded social media.
He did not just visit his motherland just to have fun as usual but also came with some good intentions in mind as he also planned and gave back to society by supporting the younger ones as it could be sighted from the Instagram post below he was seen with younger children in the community and captioned the posted writing “Giving Back Is Priceless”.

Callum Hudson-Odoi also made a special appearance to have a full view of the football game between his dad, Bismark Odoi’s former team which he played for during the 90’s Accra Hearts Of Oak at Accra Great Olympics in their Ghana Premier League game which ended up with a draw 1-1 yesterday, Sunday, June 6, 2021.
The Chelsea winger was also gifted a customized Accra Hearts Of Oak jersey which had his name and favorite number ’20’ printed on it.
