Earlier today The Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO) organized a brief press conference on the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency by-election.
A statement was released to set the records straight regarding the EC’s misrepresentations on the close-of-polls statement on the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency By-election.

According to CODEO, they have trustworthy and dedicated observers well trained and therefore the reports gathered are not “falsehood” as claimed by the EC and that they will soon make public its preliminary report on the elections.
The National Coordinator Mr Arhin added that they are ready to work had in hand with the Electoral Commission (EC) in the need arises to dig deep into the incident and find the needed solution together.
