Afrobeats superstar Davido has offered a five-year university scholarship to a young Ghanaian student who scored 8As (A1 parallel ) in his WASSCE (West African Examination Council).
Davido has decided to help the young and brilliant student who completed his SHS Senior High School education in 2021 and has since then not been able to further to the tertiary level due to the lack of financial support.
The popular Award-winning Nigerian artiste, Davido born with his legal name David Adeleke came across a post shared by a Ghanaian Twitter user identified as Nana Yaw who shared a post showing the stellar results of the young man, and calling on the public to help the SHS graduate, Suleyman who has been home after graduation because his parents couldn’t provide for him financially to put his stellar result into use by continuing his education.

Well, Davido who came across the post without wasting time took to his Twitter page and shared a screenshot of the news and also asked that they help him locate the brilliant student, Suleyman Morro so he can support him financially through university.

According to Yaw, Morro completed his SHS at the Sunyani Senior High School and added that even though he was struggling financially, and at times couldn’t make it to school ended up as the best student topping his school with an excellent grade (result).
After several hours, the singer finally got into contact with the young man and offered him a 5-year scholarship to study at the Adeleke University.
The scholarship according to Davido’s post is not just limited to paying of the young lad’s school fees, but also includes his accommodation and also some allowances as well, meaning he will leave Ghana for Nigeria to study.
“We have contacted Suleyman who lives in Ghana and he has been given a full 4/5 year scholarship to Adeleke university .. accommodation and allowance included! God bless y’all .. #wrblo” – Davido wrote after contacting the young man.
