Davido, the renowned musician whose real name is David Adeleke, has officially confirmed his marriage to his partner Chioma Rowland in a recent interview with skit maker Kiekie on Thursday.
The artist, who had taken a hiatus from social media following the tragic death of his son Ifeanyi, discussed his marriage, his musical break, and his upcoming project called “Timeless.”
During the interview, Davido also expressed his excitement about the “Timeless” project, describing it as amazing.

He spoke about how his fans had grown with him since he released his first song at 16 or 17 years old, and how he had taken time to reflect, rest, spend time with family, and make music during his break.
Before his hiatus, Davido had already prepared an album and tour, but he chose to redo the album and took time to travel and get married.
He assured fans that he is now ready to hit the road again and that the album will be released soon.
He said; “My fans grew up with me since I dropped my first song at 16 or 17 years old. My whole 20s, Nigeria grew up with me,
“I’ve never taken this kind of break, just being away I’ve had a lot to think about. I’ve had time to rest, reflect, enjoy a lot of family time, and definitely time to make music again,
“Before I went on the break, I actually had an album ready, I had a tour ready but we redid the album,
“I traveled, I’m married. A lot of different things but we’re ready now to get back on the road. The album will soon be out, it’s amazing and we’re back on the road.”
Davido’s success in the Nigerian music industry has earned him numerous awards and recognition, making him one of the most prominent names in the industry.
