Fortune, who is the popular and official photographer of multiple award-winning Nigerian musician, Davido, has been announced dead.
Fortune, born with his legal name as Fortunate Ateumunname Peter, according to reports gathered by Townflex, died on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
He passed away after he drowned at a location in Lagos, the celebrity photographer died at age 24.

Davido’s Photographer, Fortune Is Dead: The news was made known following a Twitter post by one user with the username @dianacoco_ broke on Tuesday evening.
“Davido photographer Fortune is dead, Jesus Christ 💔💔💔💔. I’m heartbroken, he’s my friend 😭💔💔💔💔💔💔I’m sooooo shocked right now , wtf😭😭😭😔😔😔😔💔💔💔💔He shouldn’t have been fortune God , he’s so hardworking, very ambitious he worked so hard to gain the spot he achieved like wtf😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔This one is paining me because he is someone I know so well, guy 😔😔😔💔💔💔”, she wrote.

Until his death, the celebrity photographer worked with several celebrities including Davido, Pogba, Popcaan, Lil baby, Cassanova, Mayorkun, Wizkid, Jidenna, Tiwa Savage, Burna Boy, Patoranking, Akon, DMW and many more.

He hails from Ngor Okpala, Imo State. He is the second child of Seven siblings.
Fortunate is a seasoned Creative in Lagos, Nigeria, who has evolved from Photography to directing of videos and other forms of motion pictures. Fortunate has been Davido’s (one of the most revered Afrobeat sensation) personal photographer for a while now and has accorded him the opportunity to have toured over 50 cities in the world (including the Middle East, United Kingdom, South Africa and Other Parts of Africa ) spreading his love for his craft and documenting appealing images to the world of art.
