Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing five new civil lawsuits, including one for allegedly assaulting a then-13-year-old girl at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party in 2000.
The claims, filed in a New York federal court on Sunday October 20 by the Buzbee Law Firm and others, as part of the 120 alleged victims the firm announced would file suits against the producer earlier this month.
Last week, the same firm filed six initial civil suits against Combs, however, Sunday’s suit are brought on behalf of five accusers: two John Does and three Jane Does who allege assaults from 2000 to 2022.

One of the most alarming claims involves a lady who alleges she was 13 years old when she was molested by the then-30-year-old Combs and an unnamed male celebrity, while an unnamed female celebrity saw the incident. This claimed event took place during an after-party in September 2000.
Another accuser, a personal trainer, claims that Combs raped him during an award presentation after-party in 2022. In addition, a lady claims Combs assaulted her during a Memorial Day weekend party in Las Vegas in 2014.
These legal complaints follow one filed just days earlier (on Wednesday) by a former college student who claims Combs raped her in 2004 following a promotional photoshoot for Da Band when she was 19 years old.
In response to the lawsuits, Combs’ representatives issued the same statement used in previous filings, accusing the Buzbee Law Firm of seeking publicity through its press conference and 1-800 hotline. The statement emphasized, “Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
These civil suits add to the growing legal pressure on the rapper and producer, who was arrested on September 16th on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Combs who pleaded not guilty to those charges, together with his attorneys filed to request for bail but all three bail attempts failed, he was was denied with his criminal trial set for May 5, 2024.
