Sean “Diddy” Combs is not holding back after former Bad Boy Records rapper Shyne made explosive claims in his new documentary about the 1999 nightclub shooting incident.

In response to Shyne’s controversial remarks, Diddy has issued a cease and desist letter, demanding that the rapper stop making these allegations.

In the documentary, Shyne suggests that he was unfairly made the “fall guy” in the shooting, which occurred at a Manhattan nightclub.

The incident, which also involved Diddy and Jennifer Lopez, left three people injured and ultimately led to Shyne receiving a 10-year prison sentence for his role.

Despite being convicted, Diddy walked away without any jail time.

He claims that he was left to take the blame while Diddy continued his career without facing consequences.

“When I said it [at the time], everyone was partying and having a great time with Diddy while I was left to rot in prison,” he says in the film.

The rapper-turned-politician, who now serves in Belize, further alleges that Diddy orchestrated the situation to make him take the fall, even claiming that the mogul manipulated witnesses to testify against him.

Shyne says his actions were motivated by a sense of loyalty and integrity, as he didn’t want to betray his friends.

However, Diddy’s representatives have strongly denied these allegations.

They labeled Shyne’s claims as “unequivocally false” and reiterated that Diddy was acquitted of all charges related to the incident.
