Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was rushed to Brooklyn Hospital in the middle of the night by prison staff after complaining of severe pain.
The 54-year-old rapper, currently at the Metropolitan Detention Centre awaiting trial on multiple serious charges, was reportedly experiencing discomfort from an old injury.
Sources indicate that Diddy, who is facing charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and other serious offenses, was taken for an MRI after his knee began causing him significant pain.
The pain is believed to stem from a previous injury, not from any altercation or fight.
After receiving the MRI, he was returned to his cell later that night, with no further medical complications reported.

An insider told DailyMail that the situation was unrelated to any prison incidents and confirmed that Diddy was checked out as a precaution.
The rapper’s health has been in the spotlight recently, as he remains behind bars while awaiting trial, which is set to begin on May 5, 2025.
Diddy, who spent Christmas in prison, faces a long wait before his trial begins. He is charged with serious crimes related to sex trafficking and other allegations.
In addition to criminal charges, the music mogul is also facing civil lawsuits from several individuals who accuse him of physical and sexual abuse, including his former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie.
