The document, which is said to have been signed by attendees of these private events, prevents them from discussing or sharing any details related to the parties, Diddy’s personal life, or his business activities.

The NDA reportedly outlines strict terms, including a lengthy 70-year confidentiality clause. “You hereby irrevocably agree that you shall not at any time use or disclose directly or indirectly to anyone any of the following information,” the document reads.

This includes any information about “artists, artist parties, and/or artist business activities,” along with any personal or financial details about Diddy himself.

The agreement also bans taking pictures, filming, or publicly sharing any content without Diddy’s consent.

This revelation comes amidst serious legal troubles for Diddy. On September 16, he was arrested in New York on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and engaging in prostitution.

Authorities allege that for years, the music mogul forced individuals to participate in these notorious “freak-off” parties through manipulation, drugs, and coercion. He faces multiple charges, including sexual and physical abuse, involving victims allegedly trafficked for these events.

Diddy has denied the accusations, pleading not guilty to the charges. His next court appearance is scheduled for December 18, with his trial set to begin on May 5, 2025.
