Oheneba Amoakoh Emmanuel Kwakye professionally known as Dj Hobby Beatz in the showbiz sphere is a multi-talented award-winning Ghanaian Disc Jockey and Beatmaker, Songwriter, Rapper, Singer, and also Record Producer.

He hails from the Ashanti part of Ghana (Kumasi), specifically from a town called Obuasi, born on 25th August 1991 to his Parents, Mr. Oheneba Akwesi Amoakoh and Rose Amoakoh.

The genre of music for the award-winning Dj Hobby Beatz who also happens to be a musician includes a Melodious mixture of Afrobeat, Afro-fusion, HipLife, HighLife, Dancehall, Afro-pop, ‎Electro House, Dance-pop, Afro house, Trap, Drill, Dancehall, and Hip-hop even though his personal interest has always been Afrobeat Afro-pop, Dancehall, and Afro-fusion.

His humble beginning in music was when he started composing his own songs at a tender age, commencing his music career in 2011, and has released hit songs like; Peace song(Advice song to the youth & leaders for a peaceful election), Only you, El-Koko (saxophone version), Hit track, Uhuru ft Davido – Skelewu Cover (Produced by Shizzi & DjHobbyBeatz ).

He also released Nekegbe ft Da boy, and recently unleashed hit songs like; Gbedu, All I want, Skeleba, Corona Season(Awareness, Prevention & Educational song about coronavirus) & Dance Riddim, etc.

At age 19, DjHobbyBeatz received a personal computer which enabled him to study and master beat making with Fruity Loops. He improved daily by recreating beats from hit songs in the American and international Music Industry. Aside from all that, he is also talented when it comes to playing the piano a skill he

In 2021, Dj Hobby Beatz was part of the Judges for grooming young and upcoming Artists on the “Bars and Beats show” on Celebrity TV with the motive of sharpening & helping them to achieve their musical goals.
