Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, born with his legal name Michael Collins Ajereh has again responded to questions about him still not being married at his age.
Taken to social media on Wednesday, Jazzy responded to a question by a fan, on why he is still not married “Why aren’t you married?” the fan asked.
According to him he is not ready hence he is working on himself for improvements first “I dey work on myself, so that when my head correct, my babe go enjoy me,” he answered the question.
This isn’t the first time the music mogul has responded to questions about him not having any lady in his life, two years ago, at 39, stated that he did not want to be a scapegoat again and that, he is threading with caution “once bitten twice shy” coming after he revealed he doesn’t want to be a victim of marriage issues again.
Also, the Mavin boss in an interview on “The Nancy Isime Show” disclosed that, unlike other men, he does not have the strength to be with only one woman.
The Nigerian celebrity added that the reason why he can’t be with one woman is that he might find more attractive qualities in another lady.
He went on by saying he hails men who only have one woman in their lives and have no eyes for any other women, adding that he knows some people might hate him for being truthful.
“I can’t be dating you and tell you you are the only person. I don’t know how people do it, I hail them.
I mean those who will be attracted to one person and turn off whatever makes them get attracted to another. I can be with someone and still admire another, that’s me.” – he said.
Don Jazzy’s first marriage
In 2021, Don Jazzy revealed that he got married to an American model and author, Michelle Jackson, at the age of 20; however, the marriage crashed two years later.
He stated that the marriage failed because he devoted his time to music and neglected his family.
“I spoilt it because I was giving all my time to my music. Music became my priority instead of my family.
“We got divorced when I was 22, and it hurt. I am still very much in love with my music, and I would not want to marry another (person) and mess it up again,” he revealed.
