Fans of rapper Eminem should be prepared, as information coming out revealed by music producer Dr. Dre confirms, Em is about to release a brand new ‘I’VE GOT SONGS ON IT’ album.
Dre made this known to the public during his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live show.
Dr. Dre got his Hollywood Walk of Fame induction on Tuesday, March 19th, and appearing on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show marks his first late-night TV appearance in 30 years as a guest on the show.
According to the ace music producer and rapper, he sought Eminem’s approval before announcing his release. And this album is dropping this year (2024).
Dr. Dre said; “Let me explain something to you right now. Eminem is working on his own album, which is coming out this year and I actually talked to him and he said it was okay for me to make that announcement right here on this show.”
Dre revealed that he has some songs off the forthcoming studio album and will have the chance to listen to the full album tomorrow.
“I’ve got songs on it and it’s fire. I’m actually going to hear the entire album for the first time tomorrow.
“He holds his music close to his chest so I haven’t heard complete [that he has produced on the album] but I’m going to hear and he’s putting out an album this year.” he said.
Em’s New Album: This new release will be Eminem’s 12th studio album, following 2020’s Music to Be Murdered By. That album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart to become Eminem’s 10th consecutive album to achieve this feat.
