In a statement addressed to the murder, Ghana Police on Sunday afternoon stated that the businessman was discovered dead in a pool of blood in one of the hotel rooms at the Royal Cosy Hills Hotel, which he had recently constructed.

The 4-kilometer Royal Cosy Hills Hotel, also known as Jirapa Dubai, is home to a variety of wildlife, including zebras, and features an artificial lake with fish and water sports (Jet Ski).

Johnson disclosed that he established the safari lodge in Jirapa, Upper West Region, with the intention of fostering job growth and attracting tourists to the area, both of which would strengthen the local economy.
