In Saturday’s Premier League loss to Fulham, Manchester United’s midfielder Casemiro may have sustained a concussion, but more testing is necessary.

Given the degree of discomfort the Brazilian experienced in the incident, United decided to be cautious even though it wasn’t immediately apparent if the player had a concussion.

After the game, Erik ten Hag stated, “I don’t know if it’s concussion but it’s definitely head to head.”

“He really had to come off, but I’m not sure what’s wrong with him. We need to talk to the physician and the medical staff to find out how he’s doing because he had to come off. The game was over for him. Everyone has witnessed that. We had to remove him, and maybe he is doing better now.
