The Europa League Quarter Finals draw has been released today and participating teams knows their opponents. The draw of both the Champions League and Europa League was done today.
The draw drafted Premier League side West ham against Lyon. This is the first appearance of West Ham the quarter finals of the European tournament since 1981.
After West Ham Westham defeated six-time winners Sevilla, they were dubbed to play Rangers but it isn’t so. The Hammers faces Lyon – the second French opposition they have ever faced in European tournament after Metz in the 90s.

In the other hand, Rangers are scheduled to face battle with Portugal, Braga for a spot in the quarterfinals. Headed by Giovanni van Bronckhorst, Rangers beat Red Star Belgrade of Serbia by an aggregate of 4-2.
Eintracht Frankfurt play Barcelona after overcoming Real Betis. In a tense match, Real Betis scored a late goal to send the tie to Extra Time with an aggregate of 1-1 however, the German side scored in the stroke of the second ET to send the home fans wild and book a spot in the quarterfinals with Barcelona.
Barca in the other hand, defeated Galatasaray by 2-1 thanks to a Pierre-Emeric Aubameyang goal.
In the other fixture, RB Leipzig of Germany face Atalanta of Italy. Meanwhile, if West Ham overcome Lyon, they are most likely to meet Barcelona who are clear favourite to win Eintracht Frankfurt.
Should Rangers also win against Braga, they are to meet either of Atalanta of Italy in the semi final of the competition.
Nonetheless, the first leg of the two-leg quarter-finals will take place on 7th April, while the second leg holds on 14th April.
That of the last four is scheduled to hold on
28th April and 5th May for both the first and second leg. The final is schedule on 18th May at Sevilla’s Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium. Here is the full draws of the
