A farmer in the Afigya Kwabre North Constituency of the Ashanti Region has made a startling discovery, finding ballot boxes allegedly pre-stuffed with ballot papers on his farm.

The farmer, who wishes to remain anonymous, claims that the discovery was made in the early hours of the morning when he was tending to his land.
