Veteran Nollywood actor, Francis Duru has lost his 15-year-old son, Ifeanyi.
The actor made the sad news known to the general public via social media by taken to his official Instagram account on Thursday (August 8, 2024) to mourn his loss.
In his post, Franci shared a picture of his son Ifeanyi and captioned his post, and adding that he fought a great fight, like a lion.
He wrote; “My champ!!my lion…you fought like a lion…if this is the way He wants it ,so be it ,I still judge you faithful…Ifeanyi my champ….I will miss you son….I will forever love you…Rest in peace, son…rest…I give you thanks, lord!”

The late ifeanyi would have been 16-years old in December. This is truly a very heartbreaking news for a parent to see their children pass away at a very tender age, a had thing for a parent to bury their children.
The news of the passing waset with sadness as colleagues, friends, and fans of the popular Nigerian actor took to his post’s comment section to mourn with him by sharing their condolences.
Details in regarding the cause of death of his teenage son, Ifeanyi wasn’t made known and we will update this post once we have more information to share.
