From Amapiano to Culinary Delights: Fred Dahe’s South African Adventure

Fred Dahe, a renowned travel blogger, was recently invited to visit South Africa by the South African Tourism Board. He had an amazing time exploring the country’s vibrant culture and rich history during his visit from 19th to 28th March 2023.

Fred’s visit began with attending The Spotify Amapiano Event in Johannesburg, which was a treat for his senses. He got to experience the unique Amapiano music genre, which originated in South Africa, and witness the incredible energy of the local music scene.

Following this, Fred was invited to attend the Seat At The Table event in Eastern Cape. The event showcased South Africa’s diverse culinary culture, and Fred had the opportunity to indulge in some of the country’s traditional dishes. He also interacted with locals, learning about their customs and traditions.

Fred expressed his gratitude towards the South African Tourism Board for the invitation, stating that he had a great time during his visit. He said that he learned a lot about the country’s culture and history, which would stay with him for a lifetime.

“I am so grateful to the South African Tourism Board for inviting me to visit this beautiful country. From the vibrant music scene in Johannesburg to the delicious cuisine in Eastern Cape, I had an amazing time. I learned so much about South Africa’s culture and history, and I am grateful for the experience,” Fred said.
