Regional BreakDown: Ghana’s COVID-19 Cases Hits 15,000 As 445 New Cases Were Added.

The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ghana hits 15,013 after the Ghana Health Service on Wednesday, June 24, confirmed 445 new cases.

According to the official website of the Ghana Health Service, the total number of person who have been recovered or discharged stands at 11,078.

And out of the total 15,013 cases, the number of death counts also stands at 95, whiles the current active cases (people who still shows signs of the virus) amounts to 3,840.

Six of the infected persons, according to the GHS, are in critical condition, four are on ventilators and 24 in a severe state.

Accra still tops the list with see below 8,691 cases, followed by Kumasi and Western Region. See below the regional breakdown of the cases.
