Emmanuel Noel Asare Adams, better known by his football star nickname Marcelo, and his pals tragically perished when their automobile became stuck in the floods on the Accra-Tema motorway.

On Saturday, May 25, 2024, while Noel Adams was heading home, the terrible occurrence at the Abattoir bridge took place.

The 25-year-old left-back Adams’s disappearance from his house prompted friends and relatives to begin a search for him, according to the first reports. Tuesday afternoon, the damaged vehicle was found in the lagoon near the Lashibi-Klagon bridge.

After the wrecked car was removed from the drains by Ghana National Fire Service personnel, two bodies were located in two different places: one at Tema Community 19 and the other at a beach in Klagon. However, the player was not there.

Eventually, Noel Adams’s body was found near a beach in Klagon. It is thought that the gamer chose to abandon the two people who were approaching him.

Adams’ vehicle became stuck in the rain as it approached the Abattoir bridge on the Accra-Tema highway, and it was carried down the sewer. Noel Adams, who was 25 years old at the time, was a left-back with QTF Academy.
