An internal investigation commissioned by MrBeast has cleared him of serious grooming allegations against his longtime co-host, Ava Kris Tyson.
Following accusations that Tyson had inappropriately communicated with a young fan, MrBeast enlisted Alex Spiro from the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan to conduct a thorough review of the situation.
The investigation, which began in July, included interviews with current and former employees and a review of over 4.5 million documents from various communication platforms.

The report found no evidence supporting claims of pedophilia, grooming, or child pornography related to the company’s staff and minors. Allegations were categorically rejected, including by those purportedly victimized.
While the investigation dismissed the serious allegations, it did uncover isolated instances of workplace harassment and misconduct.

Spiro noted that MrBeast’s company, having grown rapidly, sometimes lacked adequate policies and practices.

However, the report indicated that the company responded promptly and appropriately to the identified misconduct, taking disciplinary actions against certain employees.
In light of the findings, MrBeast’s organization is implementing significant changes, including hiring a new CEO and General Counsel, and developing updated policies for an employee handbook.
The commitment to creating a safer work environment underscores MrBeast’s intent to enhance operational practices moving forward.
