Two prominent contenders have emerged as potential destinations for the Argentina captain.

Both Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal and his former club Barcelona are vying to secure Messi’s signature when the season comes to a close.

Pep Guardiola stated that Messi, “has been the greatest player of all time. In the last 12 years or so, Barcelona had a ‘boom’ and that wouldn’t have been possible without him.”
