Hillary Clinton is fueling speculation about a potential 2028 presidential run after an announcement about an upcoming speaking event with her husband, former President Bill Clinton.
The couple will speak at the 20th anniversary event of the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, on December 7.
The event will focus on their political legacy and philanthropic work, but some political observers are wondering whether it marks the start of Hillary’s campaign preparations.
Following the announcement, Trump advisor Jason Miller tweeted, “SHE’S RUNNING!” which quickly gained traction online.
Many social media users expressed excitement or concern over the possibility of Hillary Clinton, who is 77 years old, making a return to politics.

However, Clinton has repeatedly stated that she does not plan to run for president again, most recently denying any intention to run in 2022.
Despite Clinton’s denials, speculation about a 2028 run continues, especially as Vice President Kamala Harris has also expressed a desire to keep her political options open for the next presidential election.
According to political prediction site Kalshi, Clinton is not listed among the top contenders for the Democratic nomination, with California Governor Gavin Newsom being seen as a frontrunner.
