How Microsoft Is Trying To Take On Apple And Samsung With Their Surface Pro Model Devices.
Microsoft made the announcement earlier this week. While these devices were mostly promoted as successors to previous-generation Surface models, Redmond included some unique features that made them perform better than their predecessors.

The Surface Laptop Studio, in particular, drew attention at the unveiling due to its unique design, which set it apart from other 2-in-1 laptops. Microsoft also updated the Surface Duo 2 with required features such as triple rear cameras and improved screens, as well as a quicker, newer-generation Qualcomm processor to compete with likes of Apple and Samsung.

The Surface Pro 8, which is the successor to the Surface Pro 7, features new Intel Core CPUs and is built on the Intel Evo design. A 120Hz display with Adaptive Color technology and Dolby Vision compatibility is also included in the tablet.

The Surface Pro 8 costs $1,099 (approximately Rs. 81,200), which is more than the Surface Pro 7’s $749 starting price (roughly Rs. 55,300). In addition, Microsoft has made no substantial design modifications in the new model.

The Surface Pro 7 has a starting price of Rs. 72,999 in India. The Surface Pro 8 pricing in India, meanwhile, is yet to be revealed by Microsoft.

The Surface La, unlike the Surface Pro 8, is part of the new Surface lineup.

Microsoft also brought the Surface Duo 2 as its answer to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. The new Surface Duo has all good things that were missing on the original model — including triple rear cameras over a single one, and the top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC against the Snapdragon 855. The new dual-screen phone also comes with 5G support and runs on Android 11.

This remarkable devices by will be officially released to the public on Oct. 5, 2021 in some selected market.
